This is why all our products have a two-year warranty for the original purchaser, from the moment the product is received. VERTICAL warranty claims will be handled by our technicians, who will review your product to verify the nature of the defect and the appropriateness of processing your warranty.
VERTICAL reserves the right, in cases of model discontinuation, to deliver the successor model in the available range, and if not available, a higher-end model.
The validity of the warranty will be linked at all times to the correct and diligent compliance by the user of the installation and assembly instructions and the maintenance and safety instructions. The warranty will not cover, among others, accidents, negligence, improper use or unauthorized structural modifications.

Yes, absolutely. Our seatpost uses an industrial grade dust seal which has a better sealing ability against dirt, but also more friction. You can use a dust seal lubricant such as RSP Hyper Wiper to lubricate the tube. It is recommended to loosen the dust seal collar and lubricate underneath the dust seal.
